Celebrate National Frozen Yogurt Day
Yogurtland in Riviera Village is handing out free frozen yogurt Monday afternoon to celebrate National Frozen Yogurt Day.
It's National Frozen Yogurt Day, and to celebrate, Yogurtland is giving away free frozen yogurt and toppings, as well as collector-edition spoons and cubs, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Monday.
Redondo Beach's only Yogurtland, located at 271 Avenida del Norte in Riviera Village, will be participating in the promotion while supplies last, an employee confirmed.
If you can't make it to Yogurtland for the free soft-serve, there are other frozen-yogurt shops in Redondo Beach—though they won't be offering free servings.
In North Redondo Beach, froyo aficionados can check out Menchie's on Artesia Boulevard or Yogurberry in the South Bay Galleria. For South Redondo Beach residents, there are Penguin's at Pacific Coast Highway and Knob Hill Avenue and Handel's in the center at Pacific Coast Highway and Prospect Avenue.
