Which books speak to your soul?

You know the ones, those you have highlighted, underlined and dog-eared. Have you ever walked through a bookstore and a certain book just seemed to stare right at you, as if your time to meet was now?

Perhaps you embraced and bought the book, knowing the concepts would touch your imagination. Maybe what you read breathed big dreams to life and led you to experience a more rich life.

That’s happened to me, and continues to happen. I often return to Think and Grow Rich, by Napoleon Hill and If Life Is a Game These Are the Rules, by Cherie Carter-Scott.

I find when I refer to these books daily for self-reflection and inspiration, my whole day goes a lot better. I try to spend 10 to 20 minutes each morning reading something that inspires me or motivates me or allows me to review my core values, and then again in the evening just before bedtime.
