11 November -Redondo Beach Veterans Day Services

Redondo Beach will honor Veterans on Monday, 11 November.
Veterans Day is a time to recognize all our military veterans for their service to our country. Comments, music and tribute to those who wore the uniform of USA. Keynote speaker is Major General Mel Spiese, USMC. Speakers include Assemblyman Al Muratsuchi,Chair, Assembly Veterans Committee and Congressman Henry Waxman. Several World War Two former prisoners of war will be acknowledged.
The Redondo Tribute will at the Veterans Memorial in Veterans Park by the RB Pier.
Open to the public.Starts at 1PM followed by a BBQ by the Redondo Elks Lodge # 1378.
