Cancer Support Community and Chez Melange Partner for Fourth Annual Undiscovered Chefs Event
Join Cancer Support Community-Redondo Beach (CSC-RB) and South Bay restaurateur Michael Franks on Sunday, March 3, for Food, Booze and You as they present the Undiscovered Chefs event at Chez Melange, 1611 S. Catalina Ave. in Redondo Beach.
Treat yourself to an evening that you will never forget—a unique Chez experience that includes the restaurant’s Bouzy Gastropub and Bar Comida. Join Michael Franks, Chef Robert Bell and a team of student chefs for this exclusive culinary event all in the name of support, education and hope for cancer patients and their families. Guests will enjoy a gastronomic delight as they watch the presentation of chefs, and bid on many valuable silent and live auction items.
The evening will also include a raffle for a top of the line Vinotemp 12 bottle, duel-temperature wine cooler at $25 per ticket. Chez “Student Chef” experiences are now sold out, so hurry and join the Party as a guest at $95 per person—from 5-9 p.m. Sponsors include Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center Torrance, Malaga Bank and Southbay Magazine. All proceeds will benefit CSC-RB’s free programs for cancer patients and their loved ones.
