Help with wireless reliability?

New to the area and my employer wants to give me a phone. Who is the more reliable carrier here in Redondo/Southbay area? I'm on T-mobile now with a few complaints (Coverage down at King Harbor/Redondo Landing is terrible/non-existant.) Just curious what some of you folks are happy with.
