Anabel, a 2-year-old female dog, is housebroken, sweet and very friendly.
She was found tied to a shopping cart in a Home Depot parking lot. Though some food was left on the asphalt and there was water in a bowl, Anabel was not microchipped and had no identification on her.
Anabel gets along well with other dogs; however, she would probably be best as an only dog.
