Pet of the Week: Amber (Adopted!)

Amber, a 2-year-old golden retriever/pit bull mix, is a fabulous dog who gets along with other dogs with proper introductions.

She loves to chase the ball, and she'll paw you when she wants attention in the most adorable way. She sleeps on a doggie bed, is not destructive and is also crate trained. She is also spayed and up-to-date on her shots.

This girl deserves a second chance at a wonderful life. Her first go around with an alcoholic was an abusive one.

She is the perfect beach dog, so her ideal owner would be someone who's very active, such as a runner or a hiker; however, her new owner shouldn't have any cats.
