5th Annual Power of Art

The POWER OF ART (POA) is an annual three days cultural celebration sponsored by the Redondo Beach Art Group (RBAG) with the help of many other community groups.

We hold the event to showcase the works of RBAG artists, bring innovative art to the South Bay, educate, teach the art experience, and instill the importance of the arts in every person's life. The POA embraces all the arts: visual, music, dance, film, architecture, writing, and poetry. All the activities including the catered artists' reception, parking, entrance fee, music & dance performances, workshops, and film screening are free to the public. A gift from the RBAG to the community of the South Bay.

The POA is successful because the RBAG is rich in the spirit of volunteering and the power of collaboration. All the proceeds from the POA will go towards the goal of establishing a Creative Art Center in Redondo Beach, promoting public art, and art education. Proceeds are gained from the silent auction, merchandise sales.
