David Allan Coe at Brixton

David Allan Coe is an American country music singer who achieved popularity in the 1970s and 1980s. As a singer, his biggest hits were "You Never Even Called Me by My Name," "The Ride," and "Mona Lisa Lost Her Smile." His best-known compositions are the hit successes, "Would You Lay With Me (in a Field of Stone)" by Tanya Tucker and "Take this Job and Shove It" by Johnny Paycheck.
