Community Update

DO NOT go to this store.

I went to the store on a weeknight about 30 minutes before closing time. The employee who helped me had the worst attitude i have ever encountered. she was rude and snobby. I felt so uncomfortable and tried to combat her attitude with kindness and never once received a smile. I should have walked out of the store then and there. Not only were her customer service skills severely lacking, but so was her knowledge of hair products.

This is the email I sent to the manager a week ago and I never received a response. Not only are the employees here negligent but it's quite apparent they inherited it from management.

I purchased a pack of hair from your store on September 18th and was recommended to buy this product by one of your employees who vouched that this hair color matched mine. I kept telling her I didn't agree, yet she kept pressuring me she was right, which is why I bought this product as I am not an expert nor pretend to be, whereas I assumed she was a professional. If she isn't she has no business recommended hair products. When I went to my hair stylist a week later she said the color absolutely did not match my hair and putting it in would not look good. I went to your store today to attempt to return the product and I am unable to do so because its final sale. However I feel in this circumstance that this policy should be overturned as the product was recommended and assured to match by an employee who you are subsequently responsible for. I would hate to think that you do not stand by the quality of your employment and would not take responsibility for your employees lack of experience in this matter. Especially considering I spent $178 on the product in question. This was my first time visiting this store and came due to the to the praising comments and high ratings on Yelp and as a fellow Yelper, I took these assertions with faith and they have now apparently been proven to be false.

I hope to resolve this at your earliest convenience. Please let me how to proceed as I do not live in the area and will not be able to get here until around 630 on a day I am able to do so pending my schedule.
