The HOA board has just keeps getting less and less willing to spend money to maintain the property and protect the homeowners. They no longer have an onsite manager, and, though they say there is someone in the office from the board, they are hardly ever there. No one answers the phone or returns calls. There is no one to contact if there is a problem on the weekends. The maintenance staff no longer works on Saturdays. The 45 year old plumbing is constantly failing, and, again, with no onsite manager and no one to call, what are you supposed to do? They have cut the hours that the guards work, and cut the guard staff from two to one. There are constant breakins to cars and people who don't live here are in the pools all the time. People are riding skateboards and bikes and playing ball games in the driveways and garages. My neighbor had their car damaged by a skateboard and another neighbor's car was hit by a basketball. Children are running around throwing things and screaming outside the condos. I have almost been run over three times by people riding bikes and skateboards on the winding paths of the grounds. Unless you don't mind the chaos, don't purchase or rent. If I hadn't bought my condo in 2006 when the prices were so high, I would sell and move.
