In honor of its 30th birthday as one of Southern California's most iconic family-owned restaurant chains, Ruby's Diner will be charging 1982 menu prices on Friday.
Two bucks for two eggs, anyone? Plus, there's the Original RubyBurger for $2.15
There are two Ruby's Diner locations in the South Bay: one in the Redondo Beach Marina and the other at the Promenade on the Peninsula.
To find the nearest Ruby's, click here. Excluded from the offer are the airport location and Shake Shack. The original 1982 opening day menu prices will be served from 7 a.m. until closing.
I apologize. I should have taken it out of the newsletter. I do my best not to include posts promoting events that have already happened; however, some slip through. In the future, you're welcome to visit the site at any time during the day. This was posted at about 1 p.m., so there was plenty of time to head on down to Ruby's between then and closing!
When I know about it a day or two before, I'll post it usually the day before. This one I didn't know about.
