Brixton, the live music venue on the Redondo Beach Pier whose future seemed murky in January, will reopen in April, according to the business' website.
"Construction on the Redondo Beach Pier is almost complete, and so we're planning a slew of new shows," a representative of the business wrote on the Brixton South Bay website. "Get ready South Bay—the Brixton is back and better than ever! Come join us!"
The business apparently closed after a trio of shows at the end of January while the Redondo Landing portion of the pier, where the venue is located, was renovated.
Shows are scheduled for April 18 (DJ Quik) and April 21 (Alborosie). For more information, visit the Brixton South Bay Facebook page.
