Harmony Works Finds New Home

As Sea d Sea prepares to close, Harmony Works will reopen in its place.

One Riviera Village institution will soon replace another, as dive shop Sea d Sea closes its doors and gift shop Harmony Works takes its place.

Harmony Works closed at the end of May after its lease was terminated. Since then, owners Michael and Royce Morales have searched for a new home.

The dive shop has been in its location on Catalina Avenue for 44 years. It will close permanently on Monday, according to its website.

Royce Morales said she expects Harmony Works to reopen in late August.

"We've got a month where we'll be able to put things together," she said.
