If you're a local business owner who wants to learn more about social media and how to use Patch, please join us for a free online marketing workshop from 1-3 p.m. Oct. 29 at the Clark Building in Hermosa Beach.

Known as Main Street U, Patch launched this workshop series in January and has reached more than 400 business owners and nonprofit organizations statewide.
The workshop covers social media, business directories, blogging and telling your story on Patch. Participants will enjoy light refreshments and will be eligible for door prizes and giveaways. Space is limited, so RSVP by filling out the form with this article.
