POLL: Best Place to Exercise

Tell us where you exercise in town.

There certainly are a lot of options to get fit in the area. But we want to know: Which place is the best?

Vote for one of these businesses or tell us one we missed: Zumba with Judy, Koko FitClub, Bosse Sports, Bonnie's Bootcamp, Your Element Yoga, Fitness Together, Get In Shape For Women, Giorgio's Health and Fitness, Pride Group Fitness.

Vote for your favorite before Friday at 9 a.m. If there's a tie, the location with the most positive comments win.

Also, if we missed your favorite spot, let us know in the comment section below and we'll add it in.

Thanks to Koko, I actually look forward to exercising. I am stronger, healthier and have dropped clothing sizes without feeling that i have "worked" so hard. I love the flexibility and variety of both the strength training and cardio programs. And most of all, Paul and Adam are the best trainers I have ever encountered.

Thanks for putting this together Robert. What an amazing turnout! There certainly is some passion for fitness around here. Hopefully this poll will inspire others to get out and take advantage of one of these great options in the community to be healthy. Thanks to everyone who took time to vote and comment, especially to our Koko members for your kind words and support!

What a great week! It's inspiring to see so many people so passionate about their chosen health & fitness routine. One thing is for sure, there is a wealth of amazing fitness options for the people of Sudbury and the surrounding communities. We want to thank our amazing Koko members for their support. We opened Koko FitClub with a singular mission: to change lives through exercise. The comments that our members shared validates that mission and continues to inspire and motivate us, and we hope their words will motivate others as well. Making fitness a part of your daily life is what's most important, regardless of how you go about it.
