Small Business Spotlight: Goofyfoot Photography

Patch asks Laura Joyce of Goofyfoot Photography five questions about her business.

Recognized by CBS Los Angeles as one of the top local photographers, Laura Joyce and her Goofyfoot Photography aim to capture your memories. Joyce took the time to answer five questions from Patch.

Patch: How did Goofyfoot Photography get started?
Laura Joyce: Early 2008.

Patch: What's Goofyfoot Photography known for?
Joyce: Top 5 Photographers in Los Angeles 2012 - CBS LA
Best Family Photographer in Los Angeles 2012 - CBS LA

Patch: What's unique about Goofyfoot Photography?
Joyce: I think everyone's art is unique. As a mom myself, I guess I have a way with kids and have learned to just have fun with them to get the most out of a session and focus on their individual personalities.

Patch: What's the best part about being located in the South Bay?
Joyce: South Bay Rocks! Great weather, friendly people, beautiful beaches and locations to play and have fun….What more could a photog ask for?

Patch: If you could give your customers one piece of advice, what would it be?
Joyce: Don't stress if the session isn't going as planned. It will show in your photos and nobody wants photographic proof of that. Relax, enjoy the moment and you'll savor those photos for years to come :-).
