Taco Tuesday, Anyone?

The day that "taco" became synonymous with "Tuesday" was a beautiful day. I don't know when that was, but over the past few years, the simple alliteration of Taco Tuesday has spawned a marketing craze that appears to be here to stay—and we can only hope so.

No matter where you are in our fine state of California, on Tuesday afternoons you can mostly likely hunt down a Taco Tuesday, ensuring yourself cheap tacos and drink specials to add a dash of excitement to an otherwise bland day of the week.

In Redondo Beach, if you're lucky this hunt will lead you straight to the otherwise inconspicuous doors of The Hudson House, a happening little spot on PCH that dishes up inspired eats, a killer selection of beer and cocktails and, on Tuesdays, dollar tacos that will make you hear mariachis singing in your head.
