Mega Millions Jackpot Grows to $55M

There were no tickets sold with all six numbers in Tuesday night's drawing of the multi-state Mega Millions lottery, and the estimated jackpot for Friday's drawing will grow to $55 million.
A ticket with five numbers, but missing the Mega number, was sold at a gasoline station in Pasadena and is worth $204,087, a California Lottery official announced.
One ticket each with five numbers, but missing the Mega number, was also sold in Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey and West Virginia. Each are worth $250,000.

The Mega Millions game is played in 42 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
