SoCal Edison: Report Power Outages
Southern California Edison customers in the South Bay can report power outages via social media.
Santa Ana winds, as well as a freeze warning and frost advisory through Tuesday morning, could cause power outages overnight and on Wednesday, according to Southern California Edison.
The utility told customers Tuesday they can report outages on Facebook and Twitter, via the mobile "SCE Outages" application online at www.sce.com/outages or by calling 800-655-4555.
Edison also reminded customers to be careful when using portable heaters and electric blankets during the extreme cold forecast for the next two days.
