The U.S. Postal Service's annual deadlines for using first-class and priority mail to send packages to foreign countries are fast approaching. People who want their packages to arrive in Africa or South America by Christmas will need to drop the presents in the mail by Friday.
Packages shipped within the United States via Parcel Post or First-Class Mail should be sent by Dec. 15 or Dec. 20, respectively.
