Canned Food Drive for Health & Pain Evaluation

This is time of year to give thanks and provide to those who are less fortunate.
Woelfel Superior Healthcare is donating an initial consultation, nerve and muscle test, pain evaluation, and one 15 minute pain treatment for a donation of canned food to be given to a local charity. The value of the office visit is up to $250, so we would appreciate $5-10 in value of your canned food donation.
