Darren's Restaurant Hosts Charity Benefit Dinner

To celebrate the highly anticipated reopening of Darren's Restaurant in Manhattan Beach, Darren's will host a benefit dinner on July 29th from 7-9pm which will raise funds for the charity, No Limits for Deaf Children, an organization that has dedicated itself to enriching the lives of children with hearing impairments through after-school programs and theatre groups.

Although Darren’s was only officially closed for two weeks, it seems to hold true that a short amount of time can feel like an eternity when you are anxiously anticipating something as exciting as the reopening of one of Manhattan Beach’s most beloved restaurants. What better way to celebrate than to give back to an incredible cause!

Tickets include a 4-course prix-fix menu which includes optional wine pairings. The menu will offer guests the opportunity to sample some of Darren's classic dishes as well as a few of the new signature items on the menu. In addition, the event will offer post-dinner entertainment from none other than Kathy Buckley, the five-time American Comedy Award Nominee as Best Stand-Up Female Comedienne and the winner of countless other awards for her work. She is also an actress, writer and producer, author, humanitarian, and one of the country’s leading motivational speakers.
