I Just Wanna Dance
I Just Wanna Dance a non-profit cultural show featuring a variety of dance styles such as Hindi film, bhangra, classical, and hip hop, as well as live music, comedy, and food. It's a night of good fun for the whole family! A portion of proceeds from the 2011 and 2012 shows benefited Pratham, India's largest non-profit organization working to bring literacy to underprivileged children in India. Their mission is to improve the quality of education in India – ensuring children are not only attending but also thriving in school. It began with the slums in Mumbai in 1994, and has since impacted millions of children every year. IJWD was proud to donate to Pratham following both its 2011 and 2012 shows and will do so again after its 2013 show.
This year's show will have their best food choices ever: Korean BBQ, Pizza, Indian food, and chai. Come hungry!
