"FEED THE KITTY: THE MOVIE" Screening Event -Sun. Dec. 8, 2013 - 5 -7 PM - HT Grill, RB

Live Band, Feed The Kitty, will be screening for the first time their newly completed short documentary, "Feed The Kitty: The Movie" from 5 - 7 PM on Sunday, December 8th, at HT Grill, restaurant and bar, in the Redondo Beach Riviera. 

The film, directed by Kenny Stoff, will be submitted for entry into the South By Southwest Film Festival (SXSW 2014) taking place early next year in Austin, Texas. 

Synopsis:  Feed the Kitty: The Movie is a short documentary about Jack, Jed and Jon, the three members of Feed the Kitty, a rock band in Redondo Beach, California.  The film tells their story of struggling to find success with their original music before finally making a living as a cover band.  A film crew followed the band for one week as they played 9 gigs in 6 days fresh off their first ever European Tour.  Interviews with the talented, quirky and fun people of Redondo who have come to love the band showcase how much they have become a part of the community and how their music has brought healing and friendship to those in need of a place to belong. Ultimately, Feed the Kitty: The Movie is about the power of music placed in the hands of three genuine and skilled artists.

Feed The Kitty will play their regular 7 - 11 PM show following the screening event.
