Indies First Storytime Day in Redondo Beach

Indies First Storytime Day is the national celebration of authors and illustrators who believe in the power of stories, and in the beauty of communities formed by and around those stories. MGRB will celebrate with LA‘s own Cam Baity & Benny  Zelkowicz. The duo, whose credits include working on “SpongeBob Squarepants” and “The Simpsons,” will read aloud from books they didn’t write, but love to read to their own kids. Then, at 2:30, we will shift to our more traditional event format, and they will discuss The Foundry’s Edge, the first book in their middle grade fantasy adventure series.
