About Ceviche Project

CEVICHE PROJECT is a Los Angeles-based pop-up concept that aims to bring together family, friends, music and new tastes in a communal and one-of-a-kind dining experience. It is a concept that owner Octavio Olivas and wife Shannon have been dreaming about and developing for several years.  Octavio was born in Mexico City and his love for the cuisine started when his parents introduced him to the sea at a very young age.  Today, The Ceviche Project has gained much popularity after holding many Pop Ups throughout Los Angeles within the last few years.
