Undiscovered Chefs Dinner

CANCER SUPPORT COMMUNITY AND CHEZ MELANGE PARTNER

FOR FIFTH ANNUAL UNDISCOVERED CHEFS EVENT

Join Cancer Support Community-Redondo Beach (CSC-RB) and South Bay restaurateur Michael Franks on Monday, February 17, for Food, Booze, and You as they present the Undiscovered Chefs event at Chez Melange, 1611 South Catalina Avenue in Redondo Beach.

Treat yourself to a day you will never forget—hands on cooking with Michael Franks and Chef Robert Bell of Chez Melange, and then on to a unique Chez experience that includes the restaurant’s Bouzy Gastropub and Bar Comida. Join Michael and a team of student chefs for this exclusive culinary event all in the name of support, education and hope for cancer patients and their families.

Guests will enjoy a gastronomic delight as they watch the presentation of chefs, and bid on many valuable silent and live auction items. Chez “Student Chef” experiences are limited and selling fast at $225 per person (from 2 to 9pm). Dinner guest is $95 per person (from 5 to 9pm).
