Photos: Pier to Pier Walk Raises Money for Education
This year's Skechers Pier 2 Pier Friendship Walk raised more than $1 million.
Thousands of people walked from the Manhattan Beach Pier to the Hermosa Beach Pier and back Sunday morning to support the Friendship Circle and local education foundations as part of the annual Skechers Pier to Pier Friendship Walk.
This year's walk raised more than $1 million, according to a Facebook post from Skechers. Last year's walk raised $586,000 for the Friendship Circle and education foundations.
