Performing Arts Center Hosts L.A. Guitar Festival

The Los Angeles Guitar Festival returns to the Redondo Beach Perforing Arts Center!

There are so many teriffic events happening this coming weekend that I've decided to showcase a different event each day this week.

Rock, acoustic, country, blues and jazz…you can find them all at the taking place Friday and Saturday.

The festival is returns this year to the to engage in yet another incredible celebration of diverse guitar styles.

On Friday, Grammy Award winner Eric Johnson will headline the event followed by Albert Lee, another Grammy winner celebrated for his distinctive country sound. This first day of the Festival will prove to be an eclectic introduction to the California guitar style.

On Saturday, Renegade Creation will be featured. The band is a guitar tour de force with members Robben Ford and Michael Landau, two incredibly talented and well-known guitarists who have worked with everyone from George Harrison to Michael Jackson. Guitarists John Jorgenson, Peppino D’Agostino, and Doug MacLeod will be performing as well.

Tickets range in price from $30 to $125 and are available online.

But that’s not all! There are even more activities and entertainment happening outside the venue prior to the concerts that are all free and open to the public!

There will be live outdoor entertainment, product demos and gift giveaways. You could leave with a brand new Xotic pedal, GuitarJack, RiffWorks, DrumCore 3 or even a Fender Pawn Shop Jaguarillo.

So whether you’re a musician or just a music lover, this event is not to be missed. With sponsors such as Fender, Guitar Center, and Alvas Music, this year’s Los Angeles Guitar Festival is a guaranteed hit and sure to sell out.

Don’t wait! Purchase your tickets now!
