Redondo Beach singles value sex. A lot. Enough to earn the No. 8 slot on a list of the top 10 cities in the U.S. that value sex the most, according to a blog post on Chemistry.com. In fact, eight of the 10 cities on the list are in California.

According to a blog post on the website, the list was derived from more than 10 million responses to Dr. Helen Fisher's personality test on Chemistry.com.

The No. 1 city on the list? Venice. Santa Monica took the No. 2 slot (the city was No. 1 in the list of places where women value sex the most), and Newport Beach was No. 3. The only two cities on the list that aren't in California are Miami Beach, Fla. (No. 7) and Hoboken, N.J. (No. 9).

San Francisco rounded out the list at No. 10.

Folks in Lubbock, Texas value sex the least, according to the study.
