"Hello, it used to be a violation of some kind when AES released the steam at that loud, disturbing volume for more than three minutes. Is that still a concern and something worth reporting? If so, to whom? It's 12:46am and it has been going off since at least 12:23am, possibly earlier. Thanks so much. And thank you for always keeping this Hermosa Beach homeowner informed."
BBR responded with:
1) Report it to Hermosa City Council, Redondo's won't do anything.
2) File a comment on the CEC proceedings for their Redondo Beach Power Generation Station decision making.
3) Report it to AQMD who has jurisdiction on the current plant
