Call Al Muratsuchi and tell him to vote no on AB 327

AB 327 if passed will favor one area of the state over another. We who live on the coast will loose. Instead of paying on usage, home owners in the inland areas of the state will receive a lower rate on what the big utilities can charge customers. Also, if you have solar panels on your home the big utilities will be able to to charge a flat transmission "maintenance" fee so they are not out of pocket for those of us who choose to generate our own power.  This post may be too late and it may be a done deal but it is worth voicing displeasure with the Assemblymen.
