Dog Owners: Don't Poop on the Esplanade

At monthly District 1 meeting, the ongoing issue of dog's pooping and urinating on our new and beautiful Esplanade was discussed and as usual there is nothing that can be done. It is not the dog's fault but irresponsible owners. Do you let your dog urinate and poop on the chairs and floors in your house? Probably not, then why DO YOU LET your dog do this on the Esplanade - this is part of our home. PLEASE, PLEASE be responsible and have your dogs urinate and poop on the dirt. The benches, wall seating, and garbage cans were not built for your dog to piss on. The walkway was not build for your dogs to poop on.
