It is getting close to the important day and it appears more people are ordering online and using FedEx to deliver. The number of parcels to be handled today is amazing.

If you are having presents delivered, some tips to make sure they get there in one piece.

1. Wrap properly with the correct address and use the correct tape. Don't be stingy with the tape—make sure all seams are properly sealed, so the box does not break open.
2. Try to have your parcels delivered to a location where someone can receive them. There is an increase in theft from the front door or back porch.
3. Do not send cash; it cannot be traced. Use Money Orders or American Express Travelers Checks.
