A man brandishing a paper bag threatened to blow up one of the eateries on the on Oct. 20 if employees didn't give him food, police said.
After a brief standoff with police, officers wrested the paper bag from Damon T. Rogers' grasp, according to the 's Recent Law Enforcement Events and Part II Crimes releases.
The paper bag contained a fake molotov cocktail, police said.
Officers arrested Rogers on robbery charges without further incident, police said.
