Thieves Take off with Jewelry, an Audi and More

Reports from the Redondo Beach police blotter.

On Feb. 21, a burglary was reported in the 3300 block of Rindge Lane. According to the report, the suspect entered the home through an open kitchen window. The thief made off with a laptop, an iPod and a diamond ring.

At 7:44 p.m. Feb. 23, two suspects used bodily force and simulated weapons to rob two or more victims in the 100 block of N. Torrance Boulevard. The men, one described in his teens, took off with two cell phones, a wallet and some cash.

Between Feb. 23 and Feb. 24, a car was stolen in the 600 blk. N. Guadalupe. According to the report, someone broke into a garage and made off with a 2009 Audi A4.

Between 10:30 a.m. and 1:35 p.m. Feb. 23, someone used bodily force to break in through a front door at a home in the 400 block of Avenue E. Stolen were four watches and 14 pieces of jewelry
