4th Waterfront Workshop Set for Tonight

CenterCal Properties is looking for the public's input on the future of the Redondo Beach Pier.

CenterCal Properties and the city of Redondo Beach will host a fourth workshop Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center as part of an ongoing series of public meetings focused on the revitalization of the Redondo Beach waterfront.

Thursday's workshop "will be an opportunity to review the Waterfront and provide your site planning ideas," according to a notice on the city's website. Previous workshops asked residents for their overall vision for the site; however, the most recent workshop allowed residents to offer specific suggestions by drawing on maps.

Input given at the workshop will help CenterCal to help craft a vision for the future of the waterfront property, which includes the Redondo Beach Pier and Pier Plaza, International Boardwalk, Redondo Beach Marina and Seaside Lagoon.
