The city of Redondo Beach is upgrading its financial, payroll and building permit systems between Friday and Monday, according to a notice posted on the city's website.
Because city staff will be processing payments manually, wait times may be longer.
Processing of complex building permits will be postponed until Tuesday; however, staff may be able to process simple building permits for water heaters and forced air units on Friday and Monday.
