Ok I understand that this home has an awesome view.But my god you people must wake up these homes in california are truley over rated and OMG over priced this much money for a 3-4 bedroom this is a waist of money.Califorina is getting dirtier and more dangerous by the day and these small houses with no back yard with these crazy prices are just insane SMH. Wake up home buyers ! It's all about getting more BANG FOR YOUR BUCK AND THIS HOME IS NOT THAT MS.Blaa Blogg

I guess it depends on how you define "waist"... In my opinion, you can't put a price tag on Sunshine and Sunsets. Sensing a bit of anger and resentment here... As a native, quite honestly we need less of that negitive energy --so yes, you're right-- look elsewhere. please! :)
