Built in 1962, the property at 525 Paseo de la Playa in the Hollywood Riviera is on the market for $4.2 million.

"It is Summer All Year Long living in this property!" writes listing agent Debbie Walmer on the home's Zillow listing.

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is about 22,215 square feet. It features a Brazilian cherry wood floors with maple inlays, a "fabulous fireplace and serene waterfall," wood beams, gourmet kitchen and more.

The property itself is nearly a half-acre from the street to the sand of Torrance Beach.
