Former President Bill Clinton will pay a visit to Redondo Beach on June 15, just in time for graduation at .
In addition giving a possible commencement address at the high school—his nephew is a graduating senior—Clinton will appear at a "mini-fundraiser" for the Redondo Beach Educational Foundation, RBEF Vice President Vicky Gallion told Redondo Beach Patch on Friday.
"I'm happy to say that we went out to parents first (about the fundraiser) yesterday by email, and we sold out in 20 minutes," Gallion said. Tickets cost $750 each.
The "small, intimate" gathering for about 50 people will be held at , located behind the high school, Gallion said. It will be a meet-and-greet, and donors will have the opportunity to take a photo with Clinton.
Redondo Union's graduation ceremony is scheduled for 2 p.m. on Friday, June 15.
