WackyCapNTrish: The Internet is a Funny Place

So much happens on the internet. Sometimes I think I'm going to be sucked into a game or story. Vwwwooossh!

WackyCapNTrish are planning a trip from San Francisco to Long Beach.  We call it the Finding and Making Things Game (The F.A.M.T.G.). We're going to be busy finding folks who make things... We'll call them Makers... and making things of our own to show.  You can help us to do this by voting for us daily!

The Internet is a Funny Place.

My Friend Pan is an Annunciator here on the Belmont Shore Patch in Long Beach.  I call him Friend Pan, even though I've never met him.  At least I don't think I have.  But I know he's a friend.  Sometimes he uses big words I don't understand.  It's a lucky thing that I am able to look them up as I read... It's the Internet, and I am usually on my computer.  Regardless, he's not in front of me, so I'm not looking too dumb.

I have another Friend or two from my YouTube! channel.  We banter back and forth in the comments on my videos, and I can tell Friend Frank likes to make things.  He watches all my videos.  I don't think he lives in the U.S., but it doesn't really matter when you're on the internet.  He's making his own 3D printer.  He knows I will eventually make a functioning carrot flute.

Blogging as much as I, and making as many videos as I sometimes leaves little room for some of the creative experimentation that I like to do.  Luckily for me, blogging and video publication provide their own opportunities for creative experimentation.  I like to see the - usually positive - effects of the blogs I post and videos that I make.  Sometimes it takes a few days, sometimes much longer.  Sometimes I don't know if my post has helped my Friend, but I like to think that it does.

I think I am beginning to understand the Internet.  But I know that I am only just beginning to understand the Internet.

The Internet is a funny place.

I'm so excited about my trip to the Bay Area! Please Vote for me!
