It's a Go: Fireworks to Light Up Torrance Beach
The private, $60,000 display off Torrance Beach will take place at 9 p.m.
The private fireworks display off Torrance Beach will once again take place at 9 p.m. on the Fourth of July, the Daily Breeze reported.
The show almost didn't go on after the city of Torrance tried to force Jackie Briles, 92, to pay the city $19,457.70 for public safety personnel in addition to the $60,000 that Briles pays for the annual show.
