Caltrans and city of Torrance, in their infinite wisdom, ramp up the speed limit on PCH to 45 mph right before this intersection. Everywhere else its 25-35 mph. PCH and Calls Mayor, where the confluence of traffic for three schools meet...how much more blood on their hands before they reduce and wnfore the speed limit here?
