Torrance Officer to Dance With South Bay Stars

Officer Arlan Wells is one of several Torrance community leaders to compete in Dancing with the South Bay Stars.

The Torrance Cultural Arts Foundation presents Dancing with the South Bay Stars III.  This is an extra special event where local “stars” are paired up with professional dancers and compete to raise funds for their favorite nonprofit organizations.

The Torrance Police Department will have one of its finest competing.  Community Lead Officer Arlan Wells has been teamed up with a professional dancer and is raising funds for Pediatric Therapy Network (PTN).

Pediatric Therapy Network (PTN) is a non-profit early child development and therapy center founded by parents, therapists, and teachers committed to providing quality services for children with special needs and for those at risk for developmental issues. PTN provides prevention, early identification, intervention, and therapy to 2,500 children a year and is located in the city of Torrance.
