Torrance Police Seek Package Thief

Editor's note: The following message was issued by the Torrance Police Department's Nixle account:

On Dec. 20, 2013, a suspect was captured on video riding her bicycle eastbound on 169th Street before riding up to the victim’s driveway in the 2000 block of 169th Street.  Suspect then got off her bicycle and approached the front door where she took a parcel that had just been delivered by USPS.  The suspect then got back on her bicycle and fled southbound on Illinois Court.

SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: White female adult, 30-40 years of age, blonde hair worn in a ponytail, eyeglasses, wearing a hooded sweatshirt over a T-shirt, carrying a dark purse and plastic bags.

Method of Transportation: Bicycle
