The proud owners of Happy Veggie serve tasty dishes that are free of meat, poultry, fish, eggs and MSG. The chefs use the freshest local ingredients and all of the dishes are low in fat and high in protein. The restaurant hand grinds all its spices too. The green initiative extends to the materials of the building, which are recyclable and earth friendly.
