<p>Kovacs-Frey Pharmacy was started over 60 years ago by two pharmacists, one Kovacs, a Polish immigrant. That makes it one of the oldest businesses in the South Bay.</p> <p>The pharmacy is still family-owned. You won't find any plain old clerks here—everyone at Kovacs-Frey is a pharmacist or a technician. Kovacs-Frey specializes in working with its customers to make sure they get what they need. That might mean a few extra minutes of one-on-one consultation until the customer is comfortable with their new medications or perhaps researching hard-to-find items. Kovacs-Frey always works with people.</p>
