The Bull Pen

For almost 62 years, The Bull Pen has been a spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a cocktail lounge, bar and live music haven. For the last 30 plus years, it has been located on Avenue I between Pacific Coast Highway and S. Elena Avenue. For locals, this restaurant is mainly known as a late-night neighborhood cocktail lounge and a destination for dancing and live entertainment, namely various bands that play there on the weekends. For sports fans, there is also a giant television and six plasma screens also available. The restaurant offers a full menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner, its most popular items are steaks and burgers. With its dark and cozy atmosphere, the restaurant is very romantic, intimate and old-school classy while the bar/cocktail lounge is friendly, with personalized service as a rule, not the exception.
